Our insurance carrier sets minimum requirements for every driver we hire. This one-minute screen lets you skip the full application if you don't currently meet them. We don't store your answers and we don't ask for any personal information here.

These mirror our insurance underwriter's minimum requirements. Please answer every question honestly — inaccuracy delays or disqualifies your application.

Are you at least 21 years old?*

Are you legally authorized to work in the United States?*

Do you currently hold a valid (unexpired and unsuspended) Class A CDL?*

Do you have at least 2 years of Class A driving experience?*

Are you free of any DUI/DWI conviction (ever)?*

Have you never refused a DOT-mandated drug or alcohol test, and are you NOT currently in a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) program?*

Have you had 2 or fewer at-fault accidents in the past 3 years?*

Have you had 3 or fewer moving violations in the past 3 years?*

Has your driver's license not been suspended or revoked in the past 3 years?*

Are you free of any felony conviction in the past 5 years?*
